Redline is a community-powered platform that allows users to view and submit real-time public transport incident reports. Reports are created by users and are provided for informational purposes only.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use Redline.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity performed through it.
4. Community Reports
Reports are submitted by users and may not always be accurate, complete, or up to date.
Redline does not guarantee the accuracy of community-generated content.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Submit false or misleading reports.
Spam or abuse the reporting system.
Harass, threaten, or impersonate others.
Upload illegal or harmful content.
Attempt to interfere with the operation of the service.
Repeated violations may result in account suspension or permanent removal.
6. Premium Subscription
Premium features are available through auto-renewing subscriptions.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple ID before the renewal date.
7. Payments
Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store.
Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policies.
8. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, software, designs, and content provided by Redline are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9. Availability
We strive to keep Redline available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
Features may change or be discontinued without notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
Redline provides informational content only.
You are solely responsible for your travel decisions and compliance with all applicable laws, transport regulations, and ticketing requirements.
